C A N C E L L A T I O N S
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance. EX- if your appointment is Friday at 2pm you need to let me know Wednesday @ 1:59pm THE LATEST in order to avoid any fees. Text and email reminders are sent out 3 days before your appointment. I understand that sickness and emergencies come up but I cannot allow any exceptions.
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of your service cost. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you need to change your service to a different one, such as a removal, I require 48 hours notice or you will still be charged for your existing appointment!
Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. To avoid delaying the next guest, your service will need to end on time regardless of when arrived. Please notify me if you won’t be able to make it on time. After 10 minutes your appointment will be considered a “no show” and you will need to reschedule. No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
SICK OR FAMILY EMERGENCY?
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety, mine, and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. Sick cancellations must still be cancelled 48 hours in advanced to avoid fees. If you show up sick and have to be sent home you will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

Coming from another location?
If you decide to book with Glam Bam Lashes, we will need to start with a fresh set or an extended appointment depending on the current state of your lashes. There are so many artists out there with different styles and unfortunately there are some that are not licensed or certified. It is Glam Bam Lashes policy not to work over other artists work.

D E P O S I T S
A deposit of $50 is required for all Full Sets to secure your appointment. You have 24hr from the time you book to pay the deposit or you lose the slot. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. Once your deposit has been received your appointment will then be approved. All deposits are non-refundable and transferable (one time only) when rescheduled within 48 hours.
R E F U N D S
There are no refunds on any services. If you are having any issues after your service with retention, please let me know within 2 DAYS. I will make any changes for free as long as you come see me within THREE DAYS from your appointment. This is your window! If you choose to wait until your next fill then you are subject to normal fill policies.
C H I L D C A R E
We do not allow children in the studio as there is nobody to watch them. Your eyes will need to remain closed throughout the entire appointment, therefore extra guests and pets are not allowed in the studio. Children are not covered underneath the scope of my insurance, therefore if you show up with children you will be sent home, rescheduled, and charged in full for the appointment. Please organize your lash appointments around childcare.
